We need the last four digits of your Social Security Number in order to verify your identity and ensure you are 18 or older, both of which must occur before you can open a Lottery account. Upon successful registration, your full Social Security Number will be appended to your account.
Additionally, we are required to report any winnings over $600 to the IRS and therefore your Social Security Number is needed to complete this reporting process.
